The Three of Cups

Cups03

Have you ever wished for a special bond, a love between friends that makes you more than friends? I have found such a bond on many occasions.

I am reminded at this time of year of two such people that I loved and lost.
The holiday season brings them to mind because it was around the holiday season that I lost them.

For me, the holiday season begins in October with the first autumn leaves and the apple harvest.
It extends until well after the first of the year. I can’t really stretch the season to Imbolg but I certainly try.

Both of the people I am reminded of were sisters to me and their love for me was equally familial. Both women felt that they had known me in a life past and I felt the same.

You never know at when or where you might meet a person that you have known for centuries but are only now discovering in this lifetime.
It is never too late.
A common way to meet such people is to follow the passions of your heart.
As you do, your heart will lead you to each other.
When you meet, there will be instant recognition on the deepest levels of your soul.
Your past life memories are stored there and it is from that place that your resonance will begin.

When you feel that instant resonance, when you know that you have met a person that you need to be with, cherish that person for as long as you can.

In both cases I knew these women only for a few short years in this life time before I lost them but from day one we realized we had something special.

When we spoke of previous lives, it was as if we were sharing the same memories. We had indeed been close over many lifetimes as confirmed by our own recollections of those lifetimes.

The three of cups reminds me of such love and such friends.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

The women in this card are happy and celebrating.
I imagine they are celebrating their special bond of love and kinship.

We are social animals.
We were made for each other.
Seek out and nourish the ones that resonate at your core.
Treasure that relationship and know that it is eternal.

Much love,
David
